SpaceElevate Your Delivery was born out of a real and urgent scaling challenge inside one of Spain’s fastest-growing technology companies, Holded.

As Holded expanded rapidly in the Spanish market, growing its customer base and team size, the complexity of delivery increased significantly. Despite strong commercial momentum, the organization began facing operational bottlenecks. Forecasts were unreliable, teams struggled to meet their own commitments, and management lacked the predictability required to make confident strategic decisions.

Communication gaps emerged between business and technical stakeholders, and the absence of clear delivery metrics made performance difficult to assess objectively.
